I’ve been meaning to begin my blogging journey for the longest time ✍️✨, and today feels truly special – what better day to take the first step than Teacher’s Day? 👩🏫🌸 With blessings from my first Guru, my father 🙏❤️ and from the eternal teacher, Lord Krishna 🎶🪶 I’m stepping into this new chapter of sharing my thoughts, experiences and stories through blogging 🌍📖.
So, without further ado, let me tell you the story of a father whose mindset was far ahead of his time 🌈💫 – a father who believed his daughters were not destined to just become someone’s wife, mother, daughter, or sister-in-law 👩👧👧 but strong and successful individuals who would be truly proud of themselves 🚀🌟.
This story begins in Varanasi (Kashi) 🛕 – the city guarded by Mahadev’s Trishul 🔱, sanctified by the Ganga 🌊, protected by Kalbhairav as its Senapati ⚔️, and blessed by Durga Mata and Hanuman Ji 🌺🐒. In this sacred city lived a young boy who dreamt of becoming an officer 🎖️🇮🇳, serving his nation with pride. His journey began as an enthusiastic NCC cadet in Dehradun 🎓 steadily taking one step at a time toward that dream.
But as destiny often reshapes our paths 🌌, life took an unexpected turn. After the passing of my grandfather 🕯️, he had to return to Kashi, and in a single moment, he was no longer just a boy – he became a man 💪🌟Taking on responsibilities at an age when we were just learning how to spread our wings 🕊️✨, a time meant for dreaming of hope and the future 🌈🌟 . He didn’t just witness the struggles of life, he endured them 🌪️. And it was through those very hardships that he came to believe education 📚 is the foundation of financial independence 💼💡 – the true force that empowers people.
Growing up, I saw that belief reflected in every lesson he instilled in us 🌱✨.
I witnessed my father instilling in us the true value of education 📚 and independence especially for women. His vision was never about preparing us to marry into well-off families but about shaping us into individuals who are financially and intellectually independent. He believed that true empowerment comes from having the freedom to make your own choices.
At a time when many around us focused on preparing their daughters for house chores and marriage, my father devoted his energy to reshaping our path. He didn’t limit his encouragement to just us, but extended the same support to every woman in our family, giving them the chance to pursue higher studies. He ensured we had every opportunity to focus on education, build strong and successful personalities, and continue striving for more 🚀.
He was the first and only person who scolded me not for skipping chores but for not studying hard enough. He fought for me, stood by me and ensured I had the freedom to live life on my own terms 🌈. To me, he was more than a parent, he was my first teacher, my guiding light and the one who taught me the true meaning of “Quality of Life.” 💫
This Teacher’s Day, I dedicate my gratitude to him – my first guru and to every mentor, guide, and well-wisher who has shaped my journey and career 🌟. I am where I am today because of the foundation they helped me build 🛤️.
✨ I hope my readers will find inspiration in my words and walk this journey with me. Your support will mean the world as I chase what I’ve been envisioning for so long. 🌸
So here’s to growth, independence, and purpose.
Always chase “Quality of Life,” not just a standard of living. 🌈💫
